Fourth Partner Energy Commissiones 70 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Project in Gujarat

Fourth Partner Energy has forayed into hybrid renewable energy solutions by commissioning a 70 MW wind-solar project in the Gondal city of Gujarat. The developer said the 70 MW hybrid project will supply clean energy at 25-35% cheaper rates than grid tariffs to corporate clients in New Delhi and Hyderabad. Off-takers include Filatex, Linde, Nexus Malls (a Blackstone Group company), and Deccan Chemicals. Fourth Partner Energy stated it executed the project within 10 months. Suzlon Group, India's largest renewable energy solutions provider, today announced a new order win for the development of a 100.8 MW wind power project for Everrenew Energy Private Limited. (WRTL), a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Ltd., India's largest solar panel manufacturer, announced that it has commissioned 87.5MW/122.5 MWp out of 150 MW/210 MWp EPC solar power project for UPC Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd.'s subsidiary M/s. Masaya Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. in the Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh. The solar power project is spread across 651 acres of undulated land terrain, with power being evacuated at a 220 kV voltage level and connected at PGCIL 400 kV/220 kV SS through the ISTS (inter-state transmission system) network. Serentica Partners with Greenko Group to Procure 1500 MW of Green Energy Daily

Serentica Renewables (Serentica) said it has signed an agreement with Greenko Group for taking daily supply of 1,500 megawatt (MW) from energy storage facilities. The power will be sourced from Greenko Group's upcoming energy storage projects in Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh and supplied to industrial customers, Serentica said in a statement. "Serentica has signed a first-of-its-kind standalone energy storage capacity offtake contract with global energy storage developer, Greenko Group. As part of this contract, Serentica will leverage Greenko's unique energy storage capabilities to utilise a cumulative 1,500 MWhr capacity," it said. The agreement is for a period of 25 years.
