F2N Green Hydrogen and LOYAL Equipments Limited Sign MOU to Consider Strategic Partnership

F2N Green Hydrogen Srl, a leading innovator in green hydrogen technology, and LOYAL Equipments Limited, a prominent engineering solutions provider, announced the signing of a non‑binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strategically partner to jointly advance the deployment of green hydrogen solutions across key industrial sectors in India.

Under the terms of the MoU, LOYAL Equipments Limited will undertake turnkey project orders in India, integrating F2N Green Hydrogen’s state‑of‑the‑art electrolysis technology. The collaboration targets critical market segments including refineries, steel plants, mobility, and renewable energy storage. With the objective of establishing a local production facility in India, LOYAL Equipments Limited shall expedite the process and qualify F2N Green Hydrogen’s solutions using initial production at F2N Green Hydrogen’s facility in Italy.
