Enlight Metals Targets 1,000+ MW Solar Capacity Using Galvalume-Based Structures Over Next Two Years
Enlight Metals, India’s leading AI-driven metal aggregator, announced its ambition to support over 1,000 MW of cumulative solar capacity in the next two years through its Galvalume-based solar mounting structures, reinforcing its commitment to India’s clean energy transition.
The company entered the solar infrastructure segment in July 2025, focusing on engineered Galvalume-coated steel mounting structures for utility-scale and large commercial solar projects. Since then, Enlight Metals has engaged across multiple developments, building a growing double-digit MW pipeline, primarily across Western and Southern India.
Looking ahead, Enlight Metals plans to expand into additional high-growth solar regions across India. Strategically, the solar vertical strengthens Enlight Metals’ position as a technology-enabled materials platform at the intersection of metals, infrastructure, and clean energy, supporting diversified growth and long-term relevance.

Enlight Metals’ primary offering includes the design, supply, and execution support of ground-mounted Galvalume-based solar structures. The company collaborates closely with EPC contractors, independent power producers, and industrial clients, developing both captive and open-access solar assets, where long-term structural reliability and lifecycle economics are paramount.
