DAS Solar Launches New N-Type Solar Panel With 635W Output & 22.72% Efficiency, Based On it’s Proprietary TOPCon 3.0 Cell Technology

DAS Solar, the China based solar cell and module technology company, has launched a new n-type PRO solar panel with the highest conversion efficiency of 22.72% and power output of 635W targeting utility scale power plants segment. The company says it has used its proprietary n-type TOPCon 3.0 cell technology for the new module along with a high-density encapsulation. It has a bifaciality that reaches 80%. The panel is compatible with all mainstream bracket designs, it added.
