Indian electric scooter manufacturer, Ather Energy, announced the installation of its 100th Ather Grid in Bengaluru - This makes Ather Grid the largest electric vehicle fast charging network in the city.The 100th fast charging station that was part of the Ather Grid was installed at Third Wave Coffee at Banashankari. Schaeffler India receives Rs 2,700 crore order for its electric axle for EVs

Automotive and industrial parts maker Schaeffler India, part of the Euro 16 million Germany-based Schaeffler Group, has received a Rs 2700 (Euro 300 million) order for its two-in-one electric axles as the supplier transitions to electrification from internal combustion.  The order, is the company's first system-level solution offering in the electric vehicle space, Schaeffler India said over a recent earnings call. REC CMD flags off first fleet of Electric vehicles; targets 100% EVs by 2024-25

REC Chairman and Managing Director Vivek Kumar Dewangan flagged off the first fleet of electric staff vehicles in Gurugram. In a path towards a green future, REC Ltd has set a target of replacement of all conventional staff vehicles with electric vehicles by 2024-25, a company statement said. "In a transition to EV mobility, Vivek Kumar Dewangan, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), REC Limited flagged off the first fleet of Electric Vehicles (EV) on Thursday at REC World Headquarters, Gurgaon," it stated. Avaada Energy Wins 560 Mw (Dc) Solar Project

Avaada Energy, an arm of Avaada Group – India's leading integrated energy enterprise with business interests across the energy transition value chain, has won the 560 MW (DC) Solar Project bid in e-Reverse auction conducted by MSEDCL. The project was awarded through competitive bidding, followed by an e-Reverse auction in which Avaada emerged as the winner with a quoted tariff of Rs. 2.88 / kWh (~$0.035). As per bid terms, PPA will be signed between two entities for 25 years, and the project will be commissioned within 18 months. The plant is expected to generate about 951 million units annually which will help reduce 8,85,563 tons of CO2 equivalent emissions annually.
