Advait Greenergy signs ₹1,400 Crore MoU at Vibrant Gujarat for Renewable Energy & Green Hydrogen Projects
Advait Greenergy Private Limited, part of Advait Group, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat at the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference held in Mehsana. The agreement marks a significant step toward strengthening Gujarat’s renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure landscape.
Under this MoU, Advait Greenergy has committed to investment and project initiatives worth ₹1,400 crore, covering a diverse portfolio of green energy and infrastructure projects across Gujarat. These include upcoming Electrolyser and Fuel Cell manufacturing units, Emergency Restoration System (ERS) units, and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects that will be executed for utilities under the Government of India’s RDSS (Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme). Collectively, these projects are expected to create significant employment opportunities, enhance Gujarat’s renewable capacity, and modernize its power distribution network.
Speaking on the occasion, Mrs Rutvi Sheth, Director of Advait Greenergy, said:
“This MoU represents a milestone in our journey toward sustainable energy solutions. By investing in advanced power infrastructure and green hydrogen manufacturing, we aim to strengthen Gujarat’s position as a leader in clean energy and contribute to India’s renewable future.”
